Letting fee

Information for landlords.

The fee includes the following:

 

  • Initial property visit and advice
  • Property marketing
  • Escorted property viewings and prospective tenant interviews
  • Prospective tenant referencing
  • Preparation of relevant Tenancy Agreement, (one year term unless otherwise agreed) and associated documentation, as required by law
  • Transfer of liability for public utilities (gas, electric, water, sewerage, council tax)

The Letting Fee is payable upon commencement of Tenancy and will amount to:

85% plus vat (102% incl. vat) of the 1st month’s rent.

 

Commission for Rent Collection or Full Management

 

Our commission for our Rent Collection service will be 8% plus vat (9.6% incl. vat) of the rent collected. Therefore if the agreed rental is £500.00 per month the commission fee would be £40.00 plus vat (£48.00 incl. vat). This is payable throughout the initial fixed Term and any continuation, extension or renewal of it whether fixed term or periodic.

Our commission for our Full Management service will be 10% plus vat (12% incl. vat) of the rent collected. Therefore if the agreed rental is £500.00 per month the commission fee would be £50.00 plus vat (£60.00 incl. vat). This is payable throughout the initial fixed Term and any continuation, extension or renewal of it whether fixed term or periodic.
